What health and safety approvals do your products have?

  • All of our products have met appropriate health and safety industry standards. Most are FDA and Health Canada approved as well as CE certified. Certifications vary by product, so please check the individual product descriptions for further details.

    What is the difference between a regular medical mask and a KN95 mask?

    • KN95 masks provide 95% or more filtration efficiency. When fitted properly, KN95 masks provide more respiratory protection than common medical masks because they have a more secure fit and there is less leakage around the edges of the mask.

    Do these products guarantee I’m protected from COVID-19?

    • While there is no guarantee that PPE alone provides complete protection against the spread of viruses such as COVID-19, using these products in addition to practicing good hygiene and following public health measures can increase your chances of protection.
    • Please refer to your country’s health guidelines for information on virus prevention.

    How often should I change my mask?

    • Our masks (except for the Reusable Cloth Mask) are designed to be “single use” and disposable. This means each mask is supposed to be used one time only and by one person only.
    • If your disposable mask becomes damaged, dirty or damp, you should dispose of it properly and replace it with a new one.
    • To safely discard a used mask, place it in a plastic bag and place it in the trash. Make sure to properly wash your hands afterwards.
    • The Reusable Cloth Mask should be washed after each use.

    Can I wash my masks?

    • Single-use masks are not designed to be washed. Washing could damage the mask and render it non-effective.
    • Our Reusable Cloth Mask is designed to be washed and reused. We recommend washing your reusable cloth mask separately in cold water. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach.

    How long will it take to get my order?

    • Yes, we do! Please note that deliveries to remote locations may take longer than the estimated 2-10 business days.

      • Canadian orders ship from our warehouse in Toronto, ON.

       Do you ship to my country?

      • Currently, we are only shipping to addresses in Canada. Shipping to the United States is coming soon!

      Do you offer expedited shipping?

      • Given the current situation with COVID-19 and the increased shipping volumes being processed by Canada Post, we are unfortunately unable to offer expedited shipping until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience.
